By downloading or using SkinGuard: Cosmetic Scanner & Acne-Safe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").
1. Medical Disclaimer (CRITICAL)
SKINGUARD: COSMETIC SCANNER & ACNE-SAFE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
- Informational Purpose: The content, including ingredient analysis ("Pore Clogging", "Fungal Acne Safe"), conflict detection, and cycle-based tips, is for informational purposes only based on cosmetic chemistry databases.
- No Guarantee: Skincare is highly individual. A product marked "Safe" by our algorithm may still cause a reaction on your specific skin type.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of any skincare products. Always patch-test new products and consult a dermatologist for specific skin conditions (e.g., severe acne, pregnancy safety).
SkinGuard: Cosmetic Scanner & Acne-Safe is not liable for any skin irritation, breakouts, or adverse reactions.
2. Premium Access (Hard Paywall)
SkinGuard: Cosmetic Scanner & Acne-Safe is a paid application tailored for specialized skincare needs:
- Requirement: Access to features (Scanner, Routine Auditor, Conflict Check) requires a valid purchase.
- Lifetime Access: A one-time payment grants you perpetual access to the App's current premium features.
- Refunds: All payments are processed and managed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly. Please refer to Apple's refund policy.
3. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy:
- OCR Limitations: The scanner may misread text due to poor lighting or font styles. Please verify scanned ingredients against the physical bottle.
- Formulation Changes: Brands often update ingredients without notice. Our database may not reflect the latest version of every product.
4. Intellectual Property
The "Conflict Engine" logic, database structure, and App design are owned by SkinGuard: Cosmetic Scanner & Acne-Safe. You may not reverse engineer or copy the App's unique algorithms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinGuard: Cosmetic Scanner & Acne-Safe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
